There are limited availabilities for billboards on EDSA these days. Given this situation, it is really recommended that an advertiser should just get whatever is available and not be too picky on size and position. If the advertiser or agency keeps on dilly-dallying on which site to get, this may greatly affect their overall out of home (OOH) media campaign.
The greatest piece of advice to be given would be to just book this site on EDSA Guadalupe. Then again, while one is reading this post, this site could have already been booked.

EDSA Guadalupe will no longer be the same as the demolition of the "mother of all billboards" proceeds.The loss of the Guadalupe billboard creates a vacuum among advertisers who wish to launch their product in a grand way. In the past, this billboard was the heart of major advertisers' OOH media campaigns.
Advertisers will now have to contend with smaller sized billboards for their product launch.
